Frequently Asked Questions:
  1. What are the different rebate status messages?
    There are 4 types of messages: "Received", "No Rebate Found", "Open" and "Closed". All rebate status is either "No Rebate Found" or "Open" until we receive & scan your mail.
  2. When can I check my rebate status?
    Please allow 7 days for your mail to reach our rebate processing center. Once received, the rebate bar code is scanned and we will notify you by e-mail. At this point, your status will be changed from “No Rebate Found” or “Open” to “Received”.
  3. It says "No Rebate Found", what the @#$%^ is going on?
    Double check your spelling/format and try again. In some cases, we got your mail but were not able to upload your status because there was no rebate bar code attached to the envelope! Or the rebate bar code was smeared, distorted or shrunk to the point that our scanner no longer recognizes it. Without it, the whole process is slowed down considerably because we will have to enter and verify your information by hand.
  4. Hoorah! My rebate is "Received". When can I expect that check?
    Please allow up to 12 weeks for rebate center to process & verify your rebate. At this point, your status will be changed from “Received” to “Approved” and we will notify you by e-mail. Shortly after, your check number will be uploaded and mailed out.
  5. Errrr...I just submitted a new rebate online and found some mistakes...can I correct it?
    Mmm...no. For security purposes, only the first rebate is accepted and all subsequent submissions will be automatically declined. To correct your information please contact us directly.
  6. Where can I find the UPC code and serial number?
    Both UPC code and serial number are located on the packaging box. UPC code contains 12 digit numbers and no letters. Serial number starts with 2~3 letters, followed by a whole bunch of numbers. When in doubt, please contact us directly.

Valid in USA & Canada only. All rebate checks paid in US Dollars. Valid only from participating reseller. Only the actual purchaser of the qualifying product may participate. Rebate rights can not be transferred. Rebate checks are void if not cashed within 120 days from the issuance date. No PO Box address accepted. Only one rebate per envelope. No resubmissions accepted. Not valid with any other offer. Promotion valid while quantities last. Limit one rebate per product, person, receipt, household and/or mailing address. Multiple purchases on a single item qualify for only one rebate. Must be postmarked within 14 days of purchase, including weekends. All materials received become property of Eagle Tech and will not be returned. All materials received are kept up to 6 months from the rebate’s last valid date for inquiry purposes only. Offer not valid if not redeemed within 6 months from the rebate’s last valid date. Once rebate checks are printed and mailed, they can not be reissued. Estimated waiting time is 12 weeks to process, verify and mail. Eagle Tech is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected or postage-due mails. Eagle Tech reserves the right to change the rules of this promotion at its sole discretion. Promotion void where prohibited or restricted by Law.
